Shoes Made From Tree Fungus

The elementary material for these shoes was developed by Berlin based designer Nina Fabert of 'Zvnder'. Besides the fungus 'leather' there is a bio textile and coating used for the production. A technical team, Nat-2, develops the 'mushroom ' leather into further advanced stages, and founder and creator of the brand, Sebastian Thies, designs sneakers made from the tree fungus. The material is organic, vegan, gluten and chemical free, also antispetic and anti-bacterial.
